Made-to-order or custom products, shipping times will be provided at the time of quotation and when a purchase order has been received.
During busy periods such as Christmas, shipping times may be extended due to an increase in orders. We will process orders in the order in which they are received. If you are concerned about shipping time, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.

Tracking Numbers

In some cases, a tracking number may be assigned to your order, but this doesn't always indicate that the order has been shipped or is with a courier. If you need to return a product(s) you must notify Cazna Sports customer service within 7 days from the date the goods were received.
Made-to-order products can not be returned.
Faulty or Damaged stock, no fees will apply. Full refund less the shipping amount will be refunded.
Purchasing Incorrectly a 30% re-stocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund.
