“In stock” means available either in our warehouse or from our supplier. We may ship from either location depending on availability. Some products are "Dropped Shipped".

🚛 Shipping Timelines

Orders usually ship within 1–5 business days
Made-to-order items have specific shipping timeframes
During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), shipping delays may occur
Cut-off dates will be displayed on our homepage

📦 Tracking Numbers

A tracking number may be issued when the consignment is booked, not necessarily when shipped. A “Courier unable to pick up” status does not mean the order is cancelled or is not going to be shipped.

⏱ Delivery Timeframe

Please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery, unless advised otherwised.
Delays may occur due to remote locations, weather events, or other factors beyond our control
