🛒 Product Availability & Shipping

“In stock” indicates availability either:

  • In our warehouse, or

  • From one of our suppliers

Orders may be fulfilled from either location, including via drop-shipping, depending on availability.

🔄 Stock Availability, System Sync & Order Fulfilment

Cazna Sports sells products across multiple sales channels, including our website and approved third-party marketplaces. While we use inventory management systems designed to synchronise stock levels across these platforms, real-time accuracy across all systems at every moment is not always possible.

Stock discrepancies may occur due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • High order volumes

  • Simultaneous purchases across multiple platforms

  • Supplier stock level changes

  • Inventory feed or system synchronisation delays

As a result, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

❌ Out-of-Stock After Purchase

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, Cazna Sports reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the affected item or, where necessary, the entire order

  • Issue a full refund for the unavailable product(s)

  • Take this action without prior notice, where immediate resolution is required to prevent further delays or complications

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to:

  • Contact the customer

  • Offer alternative products or revised delivery timeframes

However, during peak trading periods (including Christmas and promotional events), high order volumes may limit our ability to contact customers before actioning a cancellation and refund.

🌍 FORCE MAJEURE & UNFORESEEN EVENTS

Cazna Sports shall not be liable for any delay, failure to deliver, or increased costs arising from events beyond its reasonable control.

These events include, but are not limited to:

• War, conflict, global virus or geopolitical instability
• Global freight disruptions, carrier delays, or airspace restrictions
• Port congestion, customs delays, or shipping interruptions
• Government restrictions, sanctions, or regulatory changes
• Natural disasters, extreme weather events, or pandemics

Where such events occur:

• Delivery timeframes may be extended without penalty
• Alternative freight or logistics methods may be required
• Additional freight, storage, or logistics costs may apply

For custom-made, made-to-order, or specially procured goods:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable once production or procurement has been initiated

Cazna Sports will act in good faith to:

• Notify customers of any impacts as soon as reasonably possible
• Provide alternative options where available
• Work towards a fair and practical resolution

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

📦 Partial Order Fulfilment

If an order contains multiple items and one or more items become unavailable:

  • All available items may be dispatched immediately

  • Any out-of-stock item(s) will be refunded

Where restock is expected within a reasonable timeframe, we may contact the customer to offer the option to wait for replenishment instead of receiving a refund. If no response is received within a reasonable period, a refund will be processed for the unavailable item(s).

This approach ensures customers receive available products without unnecessary delays.

🚛 Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

  • Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days

  • Made-to-order items have specific lead times

  • During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended

Cut-off dates and delays will be clearly displayed on our website during busy periods.

📦 Tracking Numbers

  • Tracking numbers may be issued when a consignment is booked, not when physically collected

  • A status such as “Courier unable to pick up” or “Awaiting collection” does not indicate cancellation

  • Tracking updates may take up to 10 hours to appear after lodgement

Customers are responsible for checking tracking updates before contacting support.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery once dispatched.
While many orders arrive sooner, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier capacity

  • Remote or regional delivery locations

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Peak seasonal demand

Cazna Sports cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels are handed to courier services.

🏠 Small Business Notice

Cazna Sports is a small, family-run Australian business — not a large-scale fulfilment operation.
We work hard to dispatch orders promptly and communicate transparently, but delivery times may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.

If timing is critical, customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

🎄 Christmas & Peak Trading Period Addendum

Christmas Cut-Off Dates

To manage expectations during Christmas and peak holiday periods, Cazna Sports applies a Christmas order cut-off date, generally around 10 December each year.

The exact cut-off date may vary depending on:

  • The day of the week 10 December falls on

  • Courier capacity and schedules

  • Supplier availability

  • Public holidays

The confirmed cut-off date will always be clearly displayed on our website during the Christmas period.

Orders placed after the published cut-off date:

  • Are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas

  • Will still be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible

  • May arrive before or after Christmas depending on courier performance

Christmas Shipping & Courier Performance

During peak periods:

  • Courier networks operate under extreme volume pressure

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees

  • Cazna Sports has no control over delays once parcels are lodged

Orders Intended as Gifts

If an order is required by a specific date (e.g. Christmas Day), customers should:

  • Order before the published cut-off date

  • Contact us prior to purchase if timing is critical

Orders placed close to or after cut-off dates are placed at the customer’s discretion.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds for change-of-mind purchases require items to be returned unused and in resale condition

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Refunds are processed once returned goods are received and inspected

We are committed to respectful, transparent communication.
Abusive, threatening, or unreasonable behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

💸 Sales Channels & Marketplaces

Orders placed via third-party marketplaces (including Big W Marketplace, Kogan, Amazon, eBay, OzSale, Bunnings) are subject to:

  • The marketplace’s Terms & Conditions

  • Cazna Sports’ Terms & Conditions

Refunds for marketplace orders are processed via the marketplace, not directly by Cazna Sports.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Stock discrepancies

  • Unrealistic delivery expectations
